Patrick is a certified personal trainer with more than twenty years of experience. As a Decathlete at the University of Kentucky, he worked with top-caliber Coaches and trained with Olympic Athletes. This experience formed the foundation of his approaches to personal fitness and every-day living. He began his career as a YMCA Fitness Counselor in the late 80’s. Patrick has two decades of experience designing personalized fitness programs that deliver maximum results for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

Cindy has had an interest in exercise since high school, where she participated in Volleyball, Soccer and Track.  She went on to graduate with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Wellness.  Cindy has experience working with special populations ranging from post cardiac rehab to clients with fibromyalgia.  She also has experience teaching Aquatic fitness to special populations as well as healthy adults.  Cindy has continued in the fitness field coaching middle school girls’ volleyball and volunteering in the local elementary school teaching the importance of exercising and basic nutrition.  Cindy’s mission is to “Get people healthy one person at a time”.  With her positive energy and passion for exercise she strives to reach all her clients goals and teach that exercise is not something you do once-in-a- while, it’s a way of life.

Joe can create individual exercise programs custom fit to effectively meet a wide range of individuals’ needs and goals.

My name is Stacey Sargood and I am born in raised in Florida, living in Naples for the past 9 years with my 9year old son Justice.  I have been a certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for the past 10 years and have loved every second of it!!  I was overweight as a child and young teen so when I turned to fitness for a change, I never looked back!  My passion for fitness shows through my style of training, making individual and specialized training sessions for my clients designed to help them reach their specific goal!!!  I love training myself for triathlons and marathons which really keeps me fit and motivated for myself and my clients!!

Meghan Roddy was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved down to southwest Florida to pursue a bachelor's degree in Resort and Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. Always a fitness enthusiast, Meghan started swimming competitively at 5 years old. While attending school she started teaching fitness classes and continues to share her passion of helping others through a number of different mediums. In Meghan's spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling and is a PADI certified scuba diver.

In her spare time Shaina coached the NU Intramurals Soccer Team, and volunteered around the local community.  With over 10 years of experience, she provides corrective alignment solutions along with strategies that improve the individual’s quality of life.   Shaina finds inspiration in the education and continuous study of each client.  And as a result, is able to create individualized and highly effective progression oriented programs.

Rebecca has 12 years of experience working with all ages and fitness levels. If you are a golfer, tennis player or just beginning your fitness routine Rebecca will make exercise fun and interesting as you participate and see your results!
 
Rebecca has a BSBA from the University of Houston and has been certified with ACE (American Council on Exercise) since 2000. CPR Certified. Constantly attends workshops and ACE symposiums in order to keep up with the current fitness and nutritional trends in this industry.
